1. About IndiaBandBooking
IndiaBandBooking (IndiaBandBooking.com) is an online marketplace that helps wedding families discover, enquire with, and book verified wedding bands, dhol groups, DJs, orchestras, baraat services, and related performers across India.
We connect customers and vendors. Unless we expressly say otherwise, performance contracts and service delivery are between the customer and the vendor.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your contact information up to date. Vendor accounts must represent a real performing group or business.
We may suspend or close accounts that are fraudulent, abusive, or repeatedly violate these terms or our Community Guidelines.
3. Marketplace bookings
Enquiries started on WhatsApp or elsewhere do not confirm a booking. A booking is confirmed only when the platform workflow shows confirmation—typically after the required advance payment proof is submitted and verified as described in our Refund Policy and on-product notices.
Package prices, inclusions, travel charges, and event logistics should be confirmed with the vendor before you pay an advance.
4. Payments
Customer advances and performance fees are generally paid directly to the vendor using the UPI, QR, or bank details shown for that booking. IndiaBandBooking may charge vendors subscription fees for listing and visibility features.
Never share OTPs, UPI PINs, card PINs, or banking passwords. Screenshots or chat messages alone do not confirm payment until proof is verified on the platform.
5. Vendor listings
Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of profiles, photos, packages, availability, and policies. Misrepresentation may lead to removal from search and cancellation of subscription benefits.
Free and paid plans (including any promotional free period) are described on our Pricing page and may change with notice.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to scrape the site, spam enquiries, harass users, post illegal content, or attempt to bypass safety, verification, or payment-proof features.
7. Disclaimers & liability
IndiaBandBooking provides the marketplace on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee that a particular vendor will be available on your date, or that every performance will meet subjective expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the platform is limited to the fees you paid to IndiaBandBooking in the three months before the claim (if any).
8. Changes & contact
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
